Tuition Policy
Tuition is always paid in advance of service. Payments are made
on a monthly basis.
Tuition is based on an overall operation costs for a 12- month
period from September to August and will allow for one week
of vacation to be taken during the period of September to August
free of tuition. The school is also closed for the week between
Christmas and New Year. All holidays are to be paid. ( Labor
Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Day After Thanksgiving,
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, the week between Christmas and
New Years, New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Good
Friday, Memorial Day, and Independence Day). No adjustments
are made for absences due to illness or vacation time in excess
of the time allowed in the admission agreement. The school does
not permit the changing of days unless it is requested on a
permanent basis with 7 days notice and space is available on
the requested days.
Parents are expected to pay on time and in full. Failure to
do so will result in termination of enrollment.
Monthly tuition is due by the 1st of each month. Tuition paid
after the 1st will be assessed a late fee. Weekly tuition not
paid prior to service will be assessed a late fee.
The registration fee is due upon enrollment and at the beginning
of each new school year. The deposit is due on enrollment and
may be adjusted with tuition increases. The full time tuition
for the pre-school is $1100. The kindergarten is $1050. The office
has the tuition breakdown for part time children in the preschool.
There is no part time for the kindergarten.
