   <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p>
<p>The mission of St. Paul Lutheran Church (Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod), Mountain View, CA, is to provide Word and Sacrament ministry and serve all people for the sake of Christ. The St. Paul staff is guided by the policies and guidelines as outlined in the Policy Manual. Weekly worship at St. Paul includes a blended, English service (use of both &ldquo;traditional&rdquo; and &ldquo;contemporary&rdquo; music) and a Spanish service. The primary need is that of an organist and choir director for the blended, English service. The Organist / Choir Director must have a strong devotion to the Lord, a sincere commitment to God&rsquo;s action in worship and our proper response, and an ability and commitment to achieve excellence in congregational worship.</p>
